Trip to Philippines

In January 2024, Justin and I spent 3 weeks exploring the Philippines with friends and family. It was definitely a trip we won’t forget. We stayed in a hut, visit beaches, got to attend 2 gorgeous wedding celebrations, go hiking, visit the tallest mountain, snorkel, and eat lots of food! Milk fish, octopus, chicken feet, passion fruit, lumpia (all the wonderful delicacies!). We were super blessed to travel with Justin’s aunt and uncle to the Philippines. It’s funny because… I’m the Filipino but he’s the one that has the large Filipino family. It’s awesome!

Justin and I were reflecting on this trip and how we were so lucky to have traveled to two different countries this last year alone (first year being married!). First trip was our honeymoon to Mexico and this trip to the Philippines. We are not rich by any means, just tremendously blessed and fortunate. The Philippines trip was definitely a God thing. The timing worked, his cousins were getting married in the Philippines, a bunch of family were traveling at the same time; It was the perfect timing and Justin always wanted to visit the Philippines. So we went! And I don’t regret it at all. We got to meet so many awesome relatives down there, and we’re excited to share some pictures from this awesome trip.
